Maybe a dream job, a cool outfit, a personality trait or two.
But then — it hits.
You start writing… and something opens up.
The “you” that you’ve been keeping quiet — the real one — starts whispering again.
And suddenly this *little question* doesn’t feel so little anymore.

Let’s Shift the Energy for a Moment — What If...
Instead of asking:
- “Who do I have permission to be?”
Ask:
- What if I had every resource, every friend, all the energy, time, and support in the world?
And go a step further. Ask it like a kid does.
Not from fear or planning — but from excitement, like:
If I jump off this swing and land it, I’ll be the coolest kid ever. Everyone’s going to say I’m the bravest kid the world has ever seen. They’ll probably buy me my own superhero cape. Then I’ll start fighting bad guys, and the world will say I’m the best superhero they’ve ever seen. Wonder Woman and Superman — or if you’re my daughters, Ladybug and the whole Miraculous crew — will come to me for advice.
That kind of “what if.”
The one where your imagination still believes in you — before the world told you to stop.
✨ This is the energy we’re inviting in.
It’s Not Just a Question — It’s a Whole Process
This question is so layered, so multi-faceted, that this week’s episode is just the beginning.
We’re only focusing on Steps 1 & 2 right now — the vision itself. Because if we don’t pause and stay curious in this part, your brain will try to fill in every single how, before your body and heart are even ready.
And when that happens?
Suddenly what was once a gentle dream becomes a crisis plan.
Suddenly it’s “I’m not just dreaming of a better life, I’m Moses on his ark trying to rebuild and repopulate the Earth after emotional Armageddon.”
Which… is a bit extreme, but funny all the same.
(Because let’s be honest, if you’ve ever tried to self-help yourself too fast — you’ve probably been there.)
So breathe, babe.
We’re doing this in bite-sized steps. And next week, we continue the breakdown with Steps 3 & 4.
Here’s the Breakdown of the 4 Steps
Step 1: Who do you want to be?
Not a celebrity or a name — describe them in detail.
Where do they live? What do they eat? What’s their energy like?
How do they treat themselves? What do they believe?
Step 2: What about that version of you scares you?
Be honest. Are they too bold? Too relaxed? Too successful?
Too joyful for your comfort? Too different from what your family told you to be?
Step 3: Why are you afraid of those traits or dreams?
What memory, belief, or past version of you is still holding that fear?
Let’s look at it without absorbing it.
Step 4: Rinse, Wash, Repeat
Go back through Steps 2 and 3 as often as needed.
Slow down. Rest between them.
One step at a time.
You’re not behind.
You’re healing.
