**3. **Flexibility and Responsibilities:** We work 90% in house, however, employees have the freedom to work from home in situations, when they are unable to come in person, ensuring a balance between work and family obligations. Cross-training is encouraged, empowering employees to step in and support where and when needed as they can.

**4. **Communication and Team Effort:** Transparent communication is crucial. Missing work or deadlines requires proactive communication for collaborative solutions. Group brainstorming and independent creativity are fostered during planning sessions.

- **Work Hours:** Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am - 3:00 pm, with occasional half-days on Fridays and Saturdays during peak processing times.

- **Vacations and Family Obligations:** Must be approved by management at least 2 weeks prior when applicable. Unexpected Family and personal emergencies are understood as a part of life. If our employees need downtime we support that in a healthy balanced perspective between work and family. 

- **Missed Work and Deadlines:** Continuous evaluation of continued employment will begin if an employee misses 25% or more work and/or deadlines.

- **Continuous Learning:** Employees are required to learn tasks of all jobs for collaborative support.
