Tarnishing of the silver is to be expected (dull gray to black spots). Environments with high humidity will see tarnishing faster and more often than dryer locations. This is a natural and normal chemical reaction between silver, water and sunlight. Tarnishing is easily removed by gently rubbing the metal with the polishing cloth. Tarnishing can be also be reduced with use of the anti tarnishing bag for storage (both included in your care pack).
